You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account. Member access is personal and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or used to give unauthorized access to another person.

Prices and included benefits are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. You authorize the payment provider to charge the method you select, including recurring monthly or annual membership charges until cancellation.

You may cancel a recurring membership before the next billing date to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not create a refund or credit for the current or any prior period. All sales are subject to our No Refund Policy.

Membership benefits may include community access, coaching, education, digital materials, travel rates, certificates, trips, events, and affiliate access. Benefits may depend on an active, paid account and may change, be replaced, or be discontinued. Promotional benefits and certificates have no cash value and may carry separate eligibility, redemption, availability, tax, fee, and provider requirements.

Travel, ticketing, payment, communications, and other services may be provided by independent third parties. Their terms and policies also apply. Availability, pricing, schedules, entry requirements, supplier performance, and travel conditions are outside our control. You are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, taxes, resort fees, transportation, and other costs unless a written offer expressly states they are included.

Affiliate access is a membership benefit, not employment or a guarantee of income. Commissions require valid tracked sales, continued compliance, and satisfaction of the applicable program rules. Rates, timing, eligibility, and program structure may change. Returns, disputes, fraud, duplicate transactions, cancellations, or payment failures may delay, reverse, or eliminate commissions. You may not make false income, lifestyle, travel, product, or earnings claims.

• Do not violate law, infringe rights, impersonate others, harass users, submit malicious code, scrape restricted areas, or interfere with security.
• Do not share paid materials, account access, certificates, referral tracking, or member-only resources without written permission.
• Do not misrepresent Team Vision Worldwide, its offers, prices, availability, affiliation, or expected outcomes.

Unless otherwise stated, Team Vision Worldwide and its licensors own the website, branding, courses, videos, audio, downloads, presentations, systems, and other materials. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit these materials without written permission.

The website, information, community, coaching, travel benefits, affiliate opportunity, and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, travel availability, savings, business results, income, or any particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Vision Worldwide will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, travel, or opportunities arising from use of the services or third-party providers.

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, misuse, unlawful conduct, threats to security, or violation of these terms. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
