Referral & Affiliate Agreement

As a Team Vision Worldwide (TVW) Affiliate, you are an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, or partner of TVW. You are solely responsible for your own taxes and business operations.

Affiliates earn commissions based on successful, paid referrals to the TVW membership platform. Commissions are divided into Direct Personal Referrals and Team/Override Referrals, as outlined in the TVW Compensation Plan. TVW reserves the right to adjust the compensation plan with a 30-day notice to all active affiliates.

Commissions are calculated weekly and deposited every Monday directly into the payout account you configure in your TVW Back-Office. To qualify for a weekly payout, you must remain an active, paying member in good standing.

If a member you referred requests a refund, cancels their subscription before the billing clears, or files a bank chargeback, any commission paid to you for that specific transaction will be deducted (clawed back) from your next scheduled Monday payout.

You are encouraged to share your TVW experience and the location-independent lifestyle. However, you strictly agree NOT to:

• Make false, guaranteed, or exaggerated income claims.
• Spam emails, text messages, or social media comments.
• Run paid ads bidding on the trademarked "Team Vision Worldwide" or "Carlos A. Rogers" names.

TVW reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account immediately for violating these terms, engaging in unethical marketing, or damaging the brand reputation of TVW or its Founder.
